The silence sleeping in Aniketh's heart is deadlier than the silence of the night.Even the numerous stars could not lit up the sky. Sleeping tonight is like a dream come true to him.He is reminded of the conversation that he had with Anugna again and again.

"Anu, do you understand what you are talking about?"
"Yes, I can't help it but to think about it. And, whoom else I can discuss with?? After all its between us."

“But we have decided that we will never get into these kinds of things.” said Aniketh in a pleasing tone.

It was the worst day of the season that year. It rained continuously for the last three days. It rained through out the day. Roads were flooded with the rain water. Aniketh drove out of the office parking lot. Traffic seemed to be stand still. He switched ON the music system.“There something about the way you look to night…” was filled up the car. There is no other way to make him comfortable. “…takes my breath way…” continued the song.

He couldn’t say if the sun has set. It’s almost three days he has seen the sun with clouds covered the sky and made it dark. He was thinking about the song. How could someone feel so intensely about a girl? Probably he would be able to say that when he falls in Love. The thought of that made him smile because he knew that Love is not nice cup of coffee for a guy like him. As soon as he got a chance he pulled side to take the by pass road. The road was almost deserted. Occasionally a four wheeler is seen. People riding bikes preferred to take the city roads so that they can take shelter if starts raining heavily. He felt lucky for that.Audio system still continued to fill the car with lovely music. He drove at a normal speed enjoying the cool breeze. In a distance he saw a girl pushing her Honda activa. He stopped after he passed her and reversed the car. He just couldn’t go ahead without offering help.

“Excuse me, do you need any help?” asked Aniketh in a normal tone.

“No, thank you. My bike just broke down. I’ll try finding a mechanic near by.” She looked at him and Aniketh couldn’t but notice her. She was pretty. With droplets of rain water still dripping from her hair and sliding down her cheeks.

“I don’t remember of seeing a mechanic shop in another 5 kilometers, may be I could drop you somewhere you can get auto to your home”, Aniketh offered lift.

She looked at him and smiled. He looked like a gentleman.“But I can’t leave my bike here”, she answered.

“No probs, we can leave it at the electrical substation. I’m sure it would be safe.” She smiled again. That was sign of agreement. There is something special about her smile. Though he could not guess what it was exactly, he felt that there is something special.

He helped her to park the vehicle in the substation after they requested the guard. They walked back to his car. She was drenched and hesitated to get into the car as the seats would get wet.

“Come on in, it shouldn’t be a problem”, Aniketh offered her some tissues to wipe of the drops of water from her face.

“Thanks for the help. That was so nice of you. By the way, I’m Anugna,” she introduced herself with a broad smile again.

“Nice meeting you Anugna. I’m Aniketh. What brings you onto the by pass road? Two wheeler riders do not prefer this road while raining!!”

“I like this road and especially with rain and no traffic road. But did not think that my bike would break down.”
Song changed to ‘Look at these photographs’ by Nickelback. Both of them were silent for a few moments. Aniketh broke the silence by asking her where she stays.

“I stay in Sainik Puri and you?” “I stay in ECIL X roads. I could drop you at home if it is ok with you.”

“Thanks!! But you sure I’m not troubling you??”

“That’s all right. It’s on the way.”

For some reason Aniketh felt something is going to be changing in his life.

“So Anugna, where are you working?”

“I’m working with HSBC as Business Executive. You must be software professional!!”

“Right, but I do not wear a banner mentioning that. How could you tell that?”

“Simple observation. Tiredness on your face and your preference of music gives a hint”

“You know face reading??”
